The "Fattoria" is located about 300 meters distant from the pool and about 400 meters distant from the Casinale and the restaurant. Both, the pool and the restaurant, are easily reachable by a pleasant walk through the property or by car. Also in the area of the Fattoria there is a great garden equipped for sunbathing and with tables and chairs to eat outside and you will find as well a barbecue for common use. Here are available several apartments offering two, four or six sleeps. All apartments are in Tuscan style and equipped with Tuscan furniture and wooden beams. They are situated on the ground floor or on the first floor and have a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with everything needed for cooking. 
The apartments for 2 people offer a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and living with kitchenette. 
The apartments for 4 people offer one double room, one bathroom and living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette. 
There is also available one apartment for 6 people with 3 double rooms, bathroom, dining-room and kitchenette. 
At the "Fattoria" we offer also two double rooms with private bathroom.
